Terms of Service

Last updated: February 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Swift’s manufacturing documentation platform (“Swift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, uploading content, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must be authorized by your employer or organization to use Swift. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscription and Usage

Swift is offered on a subscription basis. Your plan includes a monthly usage cap as described on the pricing page. You are responsible for all applicable fees and taxes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that violates law, infringes intellectual property, or contains sensitive personal identifiers without proper authorization. You must ensure you have the right to upload and process any video or audio provided to Swift.

4. Confidentiality and Data Handling

We process manufacturing videos that may contain confidential operational details. We treat customer data as confidential and use it only to provide the service. We do not use customer data to train public models unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Customer Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your content. Swift receives a limited license to process, store, and generate outputs from your content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Output Review Requirement

Swift outputs are draft documents. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all output before use. Do not rely on Swift outputs for safety-critical decisions without human review.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security controls to protect data in transit and at rest. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk to Swift or other users. You may terminate at any time by contacting support.

9. Disclaimers

Swift is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. See the No Warranty page for details.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited as described in the Limitation of Liability page. In any event, Swift’s aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Swift after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
