- Keep clips short. Aim for 30 seconds to 10 minutes per upload. Split long processes into multiple clips.
- Narration is highly recommended. Have an experienced operator explain what's going on.
- Show the work clearly. Keep tools, parts, and hands in frame. Avoid fast pans and heavy zooming.
- Narrate key checks. Say what you are doing and why, especially measurement checks and quality gates.
- Do not upload sensitive identities. Avoid faces, name badges, and customer paperwork when possible.
- Review before use. Outputs are drafts and must be validated by your process owner and safety lead.
