You would help shape the experience across the marketing site, core product workflows, and the parts of the application where clarity matters most. The goal is not flashy UI for its own sake. The goal is software that feels dependable and easy to use in real operational settings.
Responsibilities
- Build marketing, product, and workflow UI that feels deliberate and usable.
- Improve conversion paths, upload flows, and editing experiences.
- Translate workflow requirements into shipped features.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong experience shipping production front end work.
- Comfort with responsive UI and pragmatic product iteration.
- Ability to make complex workflows simple without flattening important detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow products, operations software, or industrial users.
- Comfort with analytics-informed UX changes.

Back End Developer
Build the services, integrations, and workflow infrastructure that support Swift’s documentation pipeline.
You would help make the product more reliable, more coherent, and easier to extend as new workflow needs show up. The work favors engineers who can make pragmatic design choices and keep customer-facing systems stable as the product grows.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain reliable API and background-job workflows.
- Support document generation, storage, account logic, and workflow integrations.
- Keep product velocity high without losing operational stability.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Python services, APIs, background workflows, and cloud infrastructure.
- Comfort owning product-facing backend changes from design through verification.
- Practical judgment on reliability, data handling, and incremental rollout.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered workflows, document systems, or industrial software.
- Experience with Stripe, storage pipelines, or operational SaaS systems.
